Portrait of Cassie Kalyānī

Cassie Kalyānī

Hatha Yoga teacher, RYT-200. Live online from New York.

I teach traditional Hatha Yoga as it was meant to be practiced: postures, breath, deep rest and meditation working together, so the body becomes steady and something in you settles.

My training comes from the Integral Yoga Institute, one of the oldest Yoga lineages in the West, rooted in the teachings of Swami Satchidananda. I have never stopped studying, and everything I learn finds its way into one practice.

My classes are trauma-informed and always adaptable. They will gently challenge you while offering a variation at every step, so the practice meets you where you are.

Why Kalyānī

Kalyānī is the Sanskrit spiritual name my teachers gave me. It means auspicious, beautiful and blessed.
